LNFtOS is a gradual, 90-meter descent into an ecosystem of earth, water and fossils. These lingering elements combine with stone and asphalt to mark the clear change in strata as one descends.
Much of the LNFtOS project was designed using excavated soil to create built spaces or to be used in the funnel. This, in turn, creates an eerie sensation of distorted nature.
Essentially, LNFtOS connects the two extremes of a sensory journey, from the castle’s high hill to its base underwater in the charca, exploring the dichotomy of nature.
