Madrid Metro Re-brand

This course aims to completely redefine and resign the visual identity of Madrid’s Metro, using the five stages of design thinking—empathize, design, ideate, prototype and test—to construct a contemporary, artistic representation of the underground system. Throughout the sessions, students will conduct individual typographic and visual research with the ultimate aim of creating a Metro Brand Manual, map and digital and editorial touchpoints, including a website, social media accounts and magazines.
