Giuseppe Tringali has been appointed Vice President of IE Business School’s International Advisory Board. Mr Tringali will be in charge of managing the board, whose president is economist Guillermo de la Dehesa, and which is responsible for the institution’s international development strategy. IE’s International Advisory Board is made up of leading figures from the public and private sectors such as Emilio Azcárraga, the President of Televisa; Carl H. Hahn, President Emeritus of Volkswagen, or Reto Francioni, CEO of Deutsche Börse, among others.

Mr Tringali is currently the Vice President of Mediaset. Previously he has occupied senior positions in businesses in the audiovisual and advertising sectors. In 2001 he was named CEO of Publiespaña and Publicmedia Gestión, and since 2004 has been CEO of Telecinco. In 2013 he was named President of Publiespaña, and since 2014 has been Vice President of Mediaset España and President of the E/EY Global Corporation Center. He is also the President of the Curarte Foundation, an organization that works to improve the quality of life for children in hospital by creating a more human environment through the use of games and creative activities such as art.
