QS highlights the IE University’s International MBA, Master in Management, Master in Finance, and Master in Business Analytics as among the best in the world.

IE University consolidates its position among the top 10 educational institutions worldwide in this year’s edition of the annual QS ranking. QS places the Master in Management 4th in the world, the International MBA 3rd in Europe and 7th in the world, the Master in Business Analytics 7th in the World, and the Master in Finance 11th in the world. For the ranking, QS analyzes graduate employability, professional growth, student and faculty profiles, and thought leadership, among other indicators.

IE Business School’s Master in Management, 4th in the world in its category, ranks 7th in the world in Value for Money, 10th in Thought Leadership and 11th in Graduate Employability. The Master in Management is 50% customizable, including six different tracks and 50 electives. MIM students develop their skills in areas such as programmatic thinking, data visualization, design thinking, and personal branding to strengthen their profiles and accelerate their profesional career. IE Business School’s International MBA, 3rd in Europe and 7th in the world in the overall ranking, also ranks 1st in Europe and 3rd in the world in Entrepreneurship & Alumni Outcomes. The International MBA is a fully immersive, customizable program that utilizes hands-on learning methods to create transformational leaders with entrepreneurial mindset. All IE University students receive training in entrepreneurial management and 25% of the institution’s more than 70,000 alumni become entrepreneurs during their professional careers. The QS ranking puts the International MBA 9th in the world in the evaluation of the return on investment in the program, and 10th in the world for the degree of diversity of faculty and students.

The IE School of Science and Technology’s Master in Business Analytics, ranked 7th in the world in its category, is also ranked 3rd globally in terms of employability, and 12th for the diversity of its faculty and student profile. This program provides the holistic skill set in data science, business transformation and big data that the new roles emerging in the field demand.  And IE Business School’s Master in Finance, 11th in the world in the overall table of masters in financial management, also ranks 13th in Value for Money. The Master in Finance covers the latest trends on corporate finance and private equity, global markets, asset management and alternative investments, as well as a deep dive into finance analytics and digital finance, with a focus on artificial intelligence and the application of big data to finance.

IE University has started the academic year with more than 8,000 students from 140 countries studying undergraduate and graduate programs in the areas of business, science and technology, architecture, design, economics, law, and global public affairs at the Segovia and Madrid campuses. Eighty-one percent of the students are international and 52% are women. The institution welcomed 2,000 new undergraduate students this September. By country, the largest number of international students this year came from France, the United States, Italy, India, Germany and Mexico.

In its ongoing commitment to innovation applied to education and the development of immersive methodologies, IE University will provide VR and AR (virtual and augmented reality) glasses to all its students. In 2023, IE University plans to open campuses in several metaverses such as Roblox and Decentranland, where students will be able to participate in class and attend events and activities in the digital sphere. In addition, IE University and Elysium Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based technology investment fund, have recently joined forces to create the IE Metaverse Center, the first research and innovation center in the metaverse.
